Ideal for keeping chicks (up to four to five weeks old), ducklings, and other young birds warm until they can regulate their own body temperature.

This brooder includes a sturdy metal arm designed to support a brooder lamp (lamp holder and bulb sold separately), positioned above an enclosed section with solid metal walls to minimise heat loss and retain warmth effectively.

The wire mesh floor features small openings approximately 5/16" apart, suitable for most breeds. Hay or shavings may be added for bedding or to accommodate chicks requiring finer footing.

A removable dropping tray beneath the mesh floor allows for quick and easy cleaning.

Simple to assemble with a flathead screwdriver and the included hardware.
