CVS Online ships all orders via Australia Post or courier within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. PLEASE NOTE - if your parcel is delivered by a courier, it can not be delivered to a PO BOX, there must be a residential address available.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier and public holidays.

Safe Delivery

All orders are sent with a tracking number and you will receive confirmation of shipment by email. If a signature cannot be acquired upon delivery, a pick-up card will be left at your specified delivery address and your order will be held safely at either your local Australia Post Office or courier depot. If your pick-up card was left by a courier you will need to phone the number provided on the card to re-schedule delivery time. If your pick-up card was left by Australia Post, you will need to take your pick-up card to your local Australia Post Office to collect your order.

CVS Online handling time to pack an order takes approximately 3-5 business days. Please note these are approximate times and are not a guarantee.

Delivery Time

Parcels shipped by Australia Post take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver and our couriers take approximately 1- 4 business days to deliver. Delivery is during normal business hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
