The Manuka Wound Gel from PAW is a natural product to be used as a protective barrier on wounds. It is a sterile medical grade formula that is made from Leptospermum.sp (Manuka) honey (80%) and natural oils and waxes.
It is useful for the following:
- Protection of wounds.
- Maintaining wound PH.
- Removing bad smells.
- Reducing and preventing contamination.
- May help to remove slough and necrotic tissue.
- Under wound dressing (doesn't adhere so offers reduced trauma at dressing changes).
It's completely natural and non-toxic for companion animals such as dogs, cats, horses and small mammals with wounds, burns and grazes.
